About Numa Yazadi

I'm Numa Yazadi, a senior at UC San Diego majoring in Bioengineering with a focus on Bioinformatics. My passion lies at the intersection of technology and healthcare, where I've gained hands-on experience in software engineering and product management. From developing AI-driven tools to leading cross-functional teams, I thrive on solving complex problems and delivering user-focused solutions. Now, I'm excited to pivot into product management, where I can leverage my technical expertise and creative mindset to bring impactful products to life.

My Journey

My journey began in bioengineering, where I developed a strong foundation in problem-solving and data-driven analysis. While pursuing my degree in Bioinformatics at UC San Diego, I discovered a passion for technology and its potential to drive innovation. My internships as a Software Engineering Intern and Product Management Intern at AirV Labs allowed me to explore both technical and managerial roles, blending my love for building solutions with my desire to understand user needs and shape product vision.

Through these experiences, I led cross-functional teams, managed product roadmaps, and contributed to the development of user-centric platforms. As I continued to grow, I realized that my true passion lies in product management—where creativity, strategic thinking, and customer insights converge to bring impactful products to life. I'm excited to leverage my technical background and collaborative mindset to drive meaningful innovations as I pivot into this field.
